  • Q: What is the REVOLVE Loyalty Club program?
    A: The REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB rewards you for shopping with us. Every 2,000 points gets you $20 in REVOLVE REWARDS to shop on REVOLVE.
  • Q: Who can join THE REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB?
    A: The REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB is available to US residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment. All communications will be in English and the currency value will be in USD.
  • Q: IS IT FREE TO JOIN THE REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB PROGRAM?
    A: Yes! The REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB is free to join. There is no cost and no credit card application. Just provide your full name, email address, and agree to the LOYALTY CLUB terms and conditions.
  • Q: WHERE CAN I EARN REVOLVE POINTS?
    A: You earn points on merchandise you buy and don’t return on REVOLVE.com. Points will be applied to your account 30 days from the date that your order ships. Taxes, fees, services (including shipping, gift wrap), gift certificates, and the coupon amount applied to a purchase do not qualify for points.
  • Q: WHAT DO I GET WITH MY REVOLVE POINTS?
    A: Once you earn 2,000 points, you can redeem your points for $20 in REVOLVE REWARDS to shop on REVOLVE.
  • Q: Do REVOLVE points expire?
    A: Points will not expire if you make at least 1 qualifying purchase every 12 months.
  • Q: HOW DO I USE MY AVAILABLE REVOLVE REWARDS?
    A: When you are logged in to your REVOLVE account, your REVOLVE REWARDs are automatically available to you at checkout. At Checkout, click "Redeem" under the "REVOLVE REWARDs" section.
  • Q: Do REVOLVE REWARDS expire?
    A: Yes. REVOLVE REWARDS expire 3 months from the date they are issued. The expiration date is stated under Points & Rewards history under your REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB account for your convenience.
  • Q: Why didn't I earn REVOLVE REWARDS points on my purchase?
    A: There are several reasons you might not have earned points on a purchase. The most common reasons are:
    You checked out as a guest. Make sure you log in before checking out so we can apply points to your account.
    You returned your purchase. Please note that you will only receive points for items you purchase and do not return. Points are pending until 30 days after purchase.
    You shipped your items to locations outside of the United States. As stated in the Terms and Conditions, you will not earn points for shipments made to these destinations.
  • Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS WHEN I RETURN ITEMS?
    A: All points earned from the item, including bonus points, will be deducted from your account when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your account. It is possible your account could have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.
  • Q: Can I transfer my points?
    A: No. Points are earned on purchases you've made while logged into your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your membership can only be associated with one REVOLVE account. Points earned on multiple accounts will not be combined.
  • Q: I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING I GET TRIPLE POINTS ON A BRAND-OF-THE-MONTH. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
    A: For that month, you can choose a day to receive triple the points you normally receive per dollar on the brand-of-the-month. For example, if Tularosa is the brand-of-the-month in January, VIPs would receive 9 points per dollar instead of 3 points per dollar spent on Tularosa items on a day of their choosing in January. Select "I want my monthly triple points today!" at checkout to choose your triple points day.
  • Q: How can I attain a higher level?
    A: You have been placed into a level based on your year-to-date spend at REVOLVE. Your eligibility for higher levels is based on your calendar year net spend.
  • Q: If I move up a level, what happens to my previous benefits?
    A: Every time you achieve a new level, you still receive the benefits of all the preceding levels.
  • Q: HOW LONG WILL MY level and BENEFITS LAST?
    A: Your level and benefits are good for the calendar year in which you qualify and the following full calendar year. After that, you must requalify.
    For example, if your year-to-date net purchases exceed $500 by December 1st, 2019, you'll receive Star benefits through December 31st, 2020. If your net spend in 2020 exceeds $500, you will requalify for Star benefits.
    REVOLVE reserves the right to alter or discontinue the program at any time, at which point you will no longer be able to accrue points and your benefits will no longer be valid. REWARDS already issued will be valid for 3 months from the date they are issued.
  • Q: IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO LOSE ACCESS TO THE POINTS AND BENEFITS I'VE EARNED?
    A: Benefits including REVOLVE REWARDS and points will expire if we end the REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB. We reserve the right to disqualify any person from participating, or cancel your participation in the REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB if we believe you are violating the Terms and Conditions, reselling products, manipulating the program, making excessive returns, engaged in fraud, abuse of rewards privileges or other conduct inconsistent with the program’s intent, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is cancelled or you opt out of the Loyalty Club, you forfeit any unused REVOLVE REWARDS as well as all REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB points that have not been redeemed.
  • Q: HOW DO I ATTAIN SQUAD STATUS AND WHAT BENEFITS ARE AVAILABLE TO ME?
    A: We will invite select VIP members to Squad status. Squad Members are invited to exclusive REVOLVE events.
  • Q: HOW DO I CANCEL MY REVOLVE LOYALTY CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
    A: Click “Opt Out” on the Opt Out of Loyalty page. You will lose your rewards, points, and benefits! Rewards, points, and benefits cannot be recovered.
