Follow our returns process, and Zip will adjust your payment schedule within 13 days of receiving funds from REVOLVE. If you return your entire order, any outstanding installment payments will be cancelled and the remaining balance refunded.
If you do not make an installment payment on time, a late fee will be applied. Zip charges different amounts for late fees, depending on your state of residence ($5, $7 or $10).
If you need some flexibility on an upcoming installment, you can request that your payment date be changed at least 24 hours in advance of the payment due date. Zip is not always able to grant payment date changes.
