REVOLVE has pledged to donate more than 200,000 medical-grade masks to healthcare workers to help these heroes in their time of need. To date, we've distributed more than 150,000 masks to hospitals and clinics across the country, with an additional 70,000 in transit to donate to over 74 hospitals in waiting.

Our goal is to donate and distribute as many medical grade masks as we can to hospitals and healthcare facilities across the United States. We are asking our community of customers, influencers, partners, friends, and family to join us and provide whatever additional support or donations you can.

MASKS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

For our customers, we're ramping up production of consumer grade masks as fast as we can, to make sure everyone has access to these masks to help prevent the spread of coronavirus. You can currently shop our top selling protective face masks, and we will continue to ship these out as fast as we can make them.

HOW REVOLVE IS TAKING CARE

With the current state of COVID-19, we want to reassure our customers that we are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including following public health authority recommended guidelines.

OUR WAREHOUSE TEAM

Our warehouse team is taking numerous preventative steps to avoid the spread of the virus, including conducting high frequency deep cleaning and sanitization processes, working in staggered shifts and taking breaks in separate break areas and observing increased social distancing practices. The company has also made disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, masks and gloves available and required organization-wide for increased personal protection.

OUR OFFICE EMPLOYEES

Nearly all office employees are working from home, and will continue to do so for the extended future. For the small number of office employees continuing to come into the office, we are performing frequent deep cleaning / sanitation of all office spaces, distributing disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, masks and gloves and requiring that all office employees observe increased social distancing practices.

YOUR PACKAGES

In addition to the safety and sanitization procedures listed above, we are also requiring employees to wear gloves when they come into contact with any products or internal packaging materials that will be received by customers.

We use the below carriers to deliver orders, each of them have their own processes with regard to the handling of packages during this time. Due to COVID-19, our carriers are handling very high volume, contributing to delivery delays that may affect your order.

And because you have enough to worry about right now, we’ve modified our return policies as follows:

REVOLVE is extending its return policy on all orders placed in the months of March 2020 - present. During this time, we will accept returns within 60 days for a full refund and within 90 days for an exchange. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.
