Revolve is offering members of the Revolve Loyalty Program (the “Program”) additional ways to earn Loyalty Points by using the Bellemint ™ fashion game mobile app (the “App”). As part of the Revolve Bellemint Promotion (the “Promotion”), and as provided in these terms and conditions (“Promotion Rules” or “Rules”), Program members can: (1) earn 100 bonus Revolve Points by creating and linking a Bellemint Account that they establish to their Revolve Loyalty Program Account; and/or (2) earn 2x Points for eligible purchases on Revolve.com that are made through the affiliate link(s) provided in the Bellemint App. Additional terms and conditions apply, so please read these Rules carefully. The Bellemint Promotion is being offered in conjunction with the Revolve Loyalty Program and is subject to the Revolve Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. and Revolve's Terms of Service, each of which are a legally binding contract between you and Revolve regarding your participation in the Program, including this Promotion. Participation on the Bellemint App, and purchases using affiliate links on the App, are further subject to the App Terms and Conditions. There is no cost to participate in the Promotion or to enroll in the Loyalty Program or the App. Your participation in the Promotion signifies your acceptance of the Rules of the Bellemint Promotion. Eligibility: In order to participate in the Promotion, you must (1) be an eligible Loyalty Program Member in good standing, as defined below, and (2) receive an invitation from Revolve to participate in this Bellemint Promotion. An eligible member (“Member” or “you” or “your”) is a member who (a) is a legal resident of the United States who physically resides in the U.S.; and (b) is at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and has reached the age of majority in his or her state, province, or territory of legal residence at the time of participation; and (c) otherwise meets all requirements for membership in the Program, as provided in the Program Terms. Revolve, in its sole judgement, reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the Promotion or the Program, and/or revoke issued Points for any reason, including, for example, if that person appears to be violating these Terms, manipulating the Promotion, engaging in fraud, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program's intent, or for any other reason Revolve deems necessary in its sole discretion. If a Member is disqualified, such Member will forfeit their Points and any related Rewards, as those terms are defined herein or in the Program Terms.

The Bellemint Promotion is offered and available only to recipients of the invitation email; the invitation cannot be shared, transferred, copied, or assigned, and, like Points, it has no cash value and may not be bartered or sold. You do not have any right, title, or interest in your Points or Rewards, and Points or Rewards do not give rise to any legal or contractual rights by you against Revolve. A Member's Points balance, as reflected in our records, shall be deemed correct. Any tax liability connected with receipt or use of any Points or Rewards is the Member's responsibility.

Bonus Points Earning. For the duration of the Bellemint Promotion, eligible Program Members who are in good standing and follow the steps outlined below can earn 100 Bonus Points as follows:

1. 100 Bonus Points Offer. Program members can earn 100 Bonus Points for establishing and/or maintaining a game account with Bellemint (“Bellemint Account”) and then linking that Bellemint Account to their existing Revolve Loyalty Program Account.

   Please note, to link your Bellemint Account with your Revolve Member Account, you must first complete the Bellemint game tutorial and complete 3 style challenges, in accordance with the instructions provided below. You will not be able to link your accounts or receive the 100 Bonus Points until you have completed the game tutorial and the 3 style challenges.

   To receive the 100 Bonus Points you must complete the following steps:

   1. You must access and download the Bellemint App through the invitation link provided by Revolve.
   2. You must signup up with Bellemint by creating a Bellemint Account or have an existing Bellemint Account.
   3. You must complete the Bellemint game tutorial and 3 style challenges in the App.
   4. Once you have completed the above steps, you will have the ability to link your Bellemint Account with your Revolve Loyalty Program Account. This linking process must be initiated from within the Bellemint App.
   5. Once you have successfully linked your Bellemint Account to your Revolve Account by completing the steps described above, you will receive 100 Bonus Points for use in the Revolve Loyalty Program. Please allow 24 hours for the Points to appear in your Revolve Account.

   You may only receive the 100 Bonus Points one (1) time, and you may only link one (1) Bellemint Account to your Revolve Account. Linking or attempting to link multiple Bellemint Accounts to your Revolve Account is a violation of the Promotion Rules and the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Further, linking or attempting to link a single Bellemint Account to multiple Revolve Accounts is a violation of these Rules and the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. You must be the user/owner of the Bellemint Account that is linked to your Revolve Account.

2. 2x Points (or 2x Point Multiplier): For the duration of the Bellemint Promotion, you may earn 2x points for eligible purchases on Revolve.com that are made through the affiliate link(s) provided in the Bellemint App.

   As provided in the Program Terms and Conditions, Members have the opportunity to earn loyalty Points for every dollar of Net Purchases on the Revolve Website. Members who have linked their Bellemint Account to their Revolve Account will have the ability to earn 2x the number of points for every dollar of Net Purchases on the Revolve website when initiated through the Bellemint affiliate link.

   To link you Bellemint Account and receive the 2x Points multiplier, you must complete the following steps:

   1. First, if you have not already done so, access or download the Bellemint App through the invitation link provided by Revolve.
   2. If you do not have an existing Bellemint game account, create one.
   3. Complete the required Bellemint game tutorial and 3 style challenges (described above), then link your Bellemint Account with your Program Account, initiating the link within the Bellemint App.
   4. Once you have successfully linked your Bellemint Account to your Revolve Account, you will earn 2x Points for every dollar of Net Purchases on the Revolve Website.
   5. You must be signed into your Revolve Account while accessing the Revolve Website or Revolve App for the 2x Point multiplier (or any Points) to be applied.

   As provided in the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, the number of Points you may earn on specific purchases may vary, and Revolve may limit certain brands or products that are eligible to earn Points. Qualifying purchases, exclusions, and all terms that apply to the earning, redemption, and expiration of Points are as provided in the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.

   Returns and other adjustments, such as a price adjustment, may reduce your Points balance. Points received for items that are subsequently returned may be deducted from your Points balance at the time of the return, which may result in a negative Point balance.

   Promotion End/Termination. The Bellemint Promotion has no scheduled end date and may be terminated by Revolve at any time with or without notice.. You will not be able to earn the 100 Bonus Points or receive the 2x Point multiplier after the Bellemint Promotion ends. Revolve reserves the right to extend the duration of the Promotion in its sole discretion. Revolve may amend, modify, or terminate the Bellemint Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, which may result in loss of accumulated Points and/or Rewards and the cancellation of all benefits and privileges associated with the Bellemint Promotion. Any violation of these Rules may result in the termination of your participation in the Bellemint Promotion and/or your participation in the Loyalty Program.

   Use of the Bellemint App – No Liability: Your use of the Bellemint App may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Bellemint. Revolve does not have control over Bellemint’s terms and conditions or those of any other third-party, and Revolve is not liable for Bellemint’s actions or those of any other third-party. It is your responsibility to read carefully and comply with any terms and conditions imposed in connection with your use of the Bellemint App. Moreover, Revolve has no control over the functioning of the Bellemint App, and the Bellemint App may not work as intended as a result of technical issues or otherwise. Revolve does not guarantee your use of the Bellemint App, the functionality of the Bellemint App, or the availability of the Bellemint App. Revolve does not provide any warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the Bellemint App, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade, all of which are expressly disclaimed.

   The Bellemint App may offer in-app purchases. You acknowledge that Revolve has no control over any in-app purchases and that no purchase is required to participate in this Promotion.
