How to Use
- Use broom pencil to outline the shape of the brows and fill in sparse areas to enhance brows.
- Use the wide angle of the pencil and apply to the inner corner of brow in soft, horizontal strokes to create the appearance of natural hair.
- Use the thin part of the pencil angle to outline the rest of the brow in feathery strokes. Blend through the brow in upwards strokes using the spooley on the opposite end.
