Replenish & Save Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for Revolve Group, Inc.’s Replenish & Save subscription ordering program (“Replenish & Save”). These Terms are between you and Revolve Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Company", "we", “our”, or "us") and govern your and our respective rights and obligations in connection with the Replenish & Save program. Please read these Terms carefully.
Your use of the Company’s websites (www.revolve.com, www.fwrd.com, www.superdown.com, www.loversandfriends.us, www.shop.songofstyle.com, www.mymy.my, www.lpathelabel.com, www.tularosa.com along with our related websites, networks, applications, mobile applications, and other services provided by us) (“Service”) is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Service, all of which are incorporated into these Terms. By placing an order through Replenish & Save, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
Overview
We offer certain products on a subscription basis through our Replenish & Save program. If you enroll in a Replenish & Save, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will automatically be charged, at the frequency and price you choose at the time you enroll, until you cancel. You can cancel via your www.revolve.com account.
Eligibility; Eligible Purchases
You must have an account on www.revolve.com to enroll in Replenish & Save. You can sign up for an account on www.revolve.com or through our mobile application on your mobile device.
Your participation in the Replenish & Save program is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits to any third party without our authorization.
Replenish & Save discounts and promotions apply only to eligible items. Replenish & Save discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts, unless otherwise noted on the website.
Payment; Renewal
Valid credit card payment information is required to complete an order for any eligible Replenish & Save items. Store credit may be used to purchase eligible Replenish & Save items. You may not use any “buy now, pay later” or “pay by installments” services to purchase any Replenish & Save items.
The total cost charged to your payment method for each Replenish & Save order will be the applicable Replenish & Save price, plus any applicable sales tax. The price for Replenish & Save items are subject to change.
The charge for each Replenish & Save item shipment will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. Your subscription will remain in effect until it is cancelled. You can cancel via your Replenish & Save Subscriptions page, which can be found via your www.revolve.com account.
You will be billed for each Replenish & Save shipment on the day your order ships. If your Replenish & Save item is unavailable on your scheduled shipment date, you agree that your subscription will be delayed, and we will fulfill your order when your item is available. If one of your Replenish & Save orders is delayed, you will be charged at the time your order ships. Beginning on that date, your charges will continue on a recurring basis, at the same frequency you chose at the time of enrollment, until you cancel.
Shipping
Replenish & Save is only available to customers located in the United States. Shipping restrictions may apply. Your product will ship at the same shipping option you choose at the time that you enroll, and you will be charged the applicable shipping and handling costs for each of your Replenish & Save orders.
Cancellation
Cancel your subscription via your Replenish & Save Subscriptions page in your www.revolve.com account. You must cancel at least one (1) day before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for your next shipment. If you do not cancel your subscription at least one (1) day in advance of your next renewal date, you will be charged for your next recurring shipment, and your cancellation will be effective after that shipment.
Returns
All returns under Replenish & Save are subject to the Revolve Return Policy.
Discounts and Promotional Offers
If we offer a promotion or discounted price that is less than the Replenish & Save standard discounted price, you will be charged the promotional or discounted price for your initial Replenish & Save shipment. For all subsequent shipments, you will be charged the standard Replenish & Save price, as provided on the applicable product page or as modified from time-to-time. The price for Replenish & Save items are subject to change. Existing Replenish & Save subscriptions are not eligible for additional promotional or discounted prices.
Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms and the Replenish & Save benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility for discounts, at any time in our sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.
If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.
Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscription(s) at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you. We may also, in our sole discretion, cancel Replenish & Save at any time without notice to you.
