How to Use
- Exfoliate dry lips with a wet washcloth, soft-bristled toothbrush or brown sugar
- Apply with applicator from center of lips outward starting on your bottom lip, and wait 30 seconds to 1 minute in between applications. Use on bare lips or under or over lip color for more intensity
- Camila's take: Apply with a blush brush to cheek bones for a rosy flush
